Aqua Yoga: Low-impact stretching and mindful movement in the water for those beginning a yoga practice, recovering from injury/surgery, or to work with muscle activation.

SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga: Challenging and fun movement on paddle boards in our local waterways or aquatic centers.

Outdoor Yoga: At the park, the beach, on the mountain. Look for opportunities during the warmer months to breathe, stretch, and BE in the beautiful outdoors. Join the Mountain Valley Yoga Facebook Group to stay in the loop! 

Prenatal Yoga: For parents-to-be! Learn how to move safely during yoga and other fitness practices to support your physical and emotional needs during your pregnancy.

Barre Fitness: Range of motion, functional movement, and FUN! This class is a workout like no other.

Bella Barre: A little Barre, a little Belly Dance, a little Burlesque... need we say more?

Stop in for a fully inclusive yoga asana practice that lets you build on your relationship with your body, breath, and energy, using alternative postures, props, chairs, and your own body wisdom. Students are asked to bring/have their own blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, chairs (Livestream attendees), etc., for this class. Balanced Body combines precise movements with grounded stretches to improve sleep, reduce stress, and enhance overall range of motion, and physical and energetic wellbeing. Balanced Body classes are designed for all bodies and all levels of experience and can be adapted for chair yoga students, as well.
