Stuck in a teaching rut or looking to expand your understanding of vinyasa yoga and what it can do for you or your students? Level up your teaching skills with better cueing, posture variations, mindful sequencing, philosophy, and methodology that promotes safe, fun, and powerful vinyasa yoga classroom experiences.
In this online/in-person hybrid CEU workshop, you will learn effective strategies and concepts of vinyasa flow, power vinyasa, or slow flow styles. We work directly with you to develop your unique yoga teacher “voice,” and practice concepts related specifically to teaching in-person or video/online classes. Some yoga teaching experience or vinyasa yoga practice is recommended to attend this workshop.
