Aqua Yoga: Low-impact stretching and mindful movement in the water for those beginning a yoga practice, recovering from injury/surgery, or to work with muscle activation. Contact me to reserve your session time.

SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga: Challenging and fun movement on paddle boards in our local waterways or aquatic centers.

Outdoor Yoga: At the park, the beach, on the mountain. Look for opportunities during the warmer months to breathe, stretch, and BE in the beautiful outdoors. Join the Mountain Valley Yoga Facebook Group to stay in the loop! 

Prenatal Yoga: For parents-to-be! Learn how to move safely during yoga and other fitness practices to support your physical and emotional needs during your pregnancy.

Rehab/Recovery Yoga: Specialized private or small group sessions for those recovering from injuries or surgery or those new to yoga and mindful movement practices.
